Rates and Payment for Therapy Services

Finding the right therapeutic fit is paramount to your success. To help make quality care accessible, I accept select insurance plans while also providing specialized, client-centered care for out-of-network and self-pay clients.

Therapy Rates (Individual Sessions)

Individual Therapy Session: $175 per session

Couples Session: $250 per session

I recommend that you contact your insurance provider prior to your first session to verify your specific coverage, copay, or deductible requirements.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement: Making Therapy Achievable

If you hold an insurance plan other than Aetna, BlueShield PPO or Medicare, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement through your plan’s out-of-network benefits.

I make it simple: Upon request, I will provide you with a Superbill—a detailed, itemized receipt with all necessary clinical codes—which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Actionable Step: Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask: “What are my out-of-network mental health benefits for office visits?”

Psychological Testing & Assessment Fees

Full Psychological Testing & Assessment: $2600-$6000

Please note: Psychological testing and comprehensive diagnostic assessments are typically not covered by insurance. I will provide you with an estimate before commencing any testing services.
