You will receive an invoice via e-mail 7 days prior to your appointment. Payments must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Rates

Therapy: $150 per hour
Testing/assessment: $2600-$5000

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice 50% of your bill will be returned. If you are a no-show, all of your fee will be kept as payment.
